  • The first time I used them they came out right away to change one lock and replace one door handle. That cost me over $400.00 which although on the high side was not an issue. I needed it done. Carmon (locksmith) said if I give him a 5 star review on Yelp he will not charge me $45 for something which took literally 10 seconds to fix on the door. I have needed their service since then and have called three times with no call back. I guess they are only good the first time you use them.
