I've taken my Tissot for repair twice. My first visit was after owing my the watch for 12 years the battery died. The did a full diagnosis and told me that my watch had suffered some significant damage over the 12 years. The repairs included replacement of the movement, face, crystal and repair to the bracelet. The cost was around $360(including taxes). Initially, I thought this was quite expensive but I figured that I had not spent a dine on the pieces since acquiring it and the cost amortized over the 12 year period was quite reasonable. Also, they told me that I could bring m my timepiece once over the next 24 months period for diagnosis and cleaning and there would be no charge. My watch was returned to me as beautiful and functioning as the day I first received it. Which leads me to the second time brought my watch in. The bracelet needed repair. The person who handled my case provided excellent customer services. He even had my watch delivered to my office beautifully packaged and again it was cleaned and functioning as the first day that I had received it. Also because it was within the 24month warranty period, there was no cost to me. Though it not convenient to take my watch to the Swatch Group the excellent customer service and technical care that I've received over past years I would not take my timepiece anywhere else! My bracelet just lost a pin and I now need to bring m watch in for a repair and cleaning and hopefully, I will continue to receive excellent service....stay tuned :-)
