  • This review is for the Cafe Rio off McDowell. Before you order, take a look at the speciality drink lids. It will gross you out. Any restaurant willing to leave equipment out that filthy in plain sight does not maintain a clean environment. This will be my last time visiting this location. Now, the location in downtown Phoenix is fantastic! Just avoid this one like the plague or you might catch it!
