The service was very good, however I've noticed the new glass screen in my iPhone responds very sluggishly. It is not nearly as sensitive or accurate. I have to hold down letters on the keyboard much harder which slows down typing. The swipe maneuver also does not respond as well. Probably cheaper poorer quality replacement parts than original parts.
The good news is the company saw this post and the manager personally called me. They said they would totally replace the screen again, and help me in any way needed until I was completely satisfied. I was blown away at how they turned a "not perfect" experience into a super great one. It's easy when stuff goes right, but the test of a great company is how they handle a problem. They get an A+. Thanks guys. Well done, customer for life now.
