  • Pretty poor experience at this Subaru. I came here to change my winter tires to summer tires. Pros: 1) Wifi 2) They gave me a discount for taking so long (+1 star) Cons: 1) Their shuttle bus driver seemed pretty reluctant to drive me to Markville Mall. By the time he was ready to go, enough time had passed (30 mins) that it wasn't worth it to take the shuttle. 2) They told me it'd take 1 1/2 hours to complete the tire change, but it's been 2 hours+ and my car still isn't ready. Don't buy a car from this dealership. Don't let your friend buy a car from this dealership. Don't let your grandma buy a car from this dealership.
