I had ordered a dress online but realized the color was not as described so I didn't even take it out of the packaging to try it on. I took it over to this location inside the mall and got in line to return it. Just to clarify completely, I hadn't even tried the dress on, and I made absolutely sure that it didn't become wrinkled or dirty in any way before I came to return it. On top of this, the material is not the type to easily wrinkle. I went up to the sales rep at the register and explained that I needed to make a return. Usually, F21 employees are accommodating and do not even question why you're making a return. But this guy had a bad attitude from the second I walked up to him. He grabbed the dress out of the packaging and proceeded to run his hands all over it while looking displeased. He then asked me (rudely) if I put it through a dryer. I said no, I hadn't even touched it because I knew from the second I received it that I needed to return it. He gave me a look and made clicking noises like he didn't believe me. In the process he ended up wrinkling the dress needlessly while belittling me. This whole thing should have taken less than 5 minutes but b/c of his attitude it took far longer. I honestly felt like I was being targeted and left with a bad taste in my mouth. Watch out for him he might ruin your day.
