  • I put my charger in up side down on my Note 5 Samsung phone and broke it. I brought it to IPhixation to fix it. The tech said it would take an hour or so. But He broke the Screen, which he said he pay for, right. So He put the wrong screen on it so my back button wouldn't work. Talked to his Boss the next day and He said that they would make everything right,...but it took a week to order the parts. The techs on 1st shift seemed a lot more capable. The 2nd shift seemed a little rude. Because he didn't want to replace the protective film over the screen. Even after I reassured him that his boss said they'd make everything right. But I was tired dealing with this young kid on 2nd shift. So I said whatever. So it's a great little store, but go there during the day before 4pm. Thanks DW
