  • Horrible customer service. I arranged service for a client. The first time they came out and did a wonderful job. The second scheduled visit they never showed up or called. I called to reschedule and they apologized. We set another appointment which they failed to show up again! I'm not sure how they stay in business when they clearly have difficulty keeping appointments and communicating.
