  • I spoke to the manager Ingrid about a fraudulent check, which was cashed at this location. She was not professional. She gave wrong infomation and found something i said funny because she laughed. I am out money. This location accepted a check which was obviously altered and should have never been cashed. These clerks need additional training. No bank other bank would have accepted the check.
