I'll keep this brief as I always enjoy their food, but I did not have a good customer service experience on Saturday 3/12. Waitstaff seemed annoyed by us ordering a lot (it's all you can eat.. why be upset, we are paying customers like everyone else). They brought us orders that werent ours and didnt bring out some of our actual orders, of which we had to remind them. What ticked me off the most was the blonde host with glasses, did not get her name. She approached our table after we paid saying "It's been an hour, I have another party waiting for this table, we're gonna need you guys to leave". I've never had anyone tell me/us that in my 6 years of eating sushi lol. I told her we would have loved to have left 20 mins ago if our desserts came out on time! She then asked us what we ordered and I assume she told them to prepare it right there and then. It shouldn't take 20 mins to make mochi or take it out of the box for 3 people. She then stood by the sushi bar and not by her post, probably feeling embarrassed. 2 of the desserts came out while one did not (we waited another 10 mins for it). We just walked out and had ice cream elsewhere. I'll continue going to Sushi Mon (their other property) instead. 5 stars for the food but 3 for the customer service skills.
