  • Tea, Snow, and Coffee is located in the Mekong Plaza. Parking is plentiful and well lit. I've been here twice. I got boba tea the first time. They didn't ask me to specify if I wanted slush, iced, or warm milk tea.. so I just got the warm one. It was decent boba, nothing that blew me away. The second time, I went there for the snow (more like ice cream). We got a large mango and taro snow with mochi and red bean. The combo was odd (our fault) but I can appreciate the taste the individual components. The snow/ice-cream was very flavorful but you can definitely tell it's heavily artificial. Otherwise, the taste and the experience will bring me back for more.
