  • I'll give this place 3 stars since most days they are kind and willing to help. Today was a different group of employees, as well as the first unusual package situation I've had and while they reluctantly helped.... One kind employee helped me carry the awkward box from my car but it went downhill after that. I didn't really witness a friendly interaction with any other guests who came in. It would have been nice to have someone friendly regardless of a challenge. If you don't have any larger boxes.. you could smile, and offer a different idea? I ran home for another box since they didn't have the size needed to only use one, and I apologized for the inconvenience of the situation and they all just stared at me like I was the icing on a crappy day. Again...sorry for the inconvenience. I had a wrong order shipped to me and I would love to do anything else with my day than deal with the boxes too, I promise I'm not trying to make your day miserable intentionally. Hoping for a better day for this group of ups employees.
