| - We go to Studio B once a week. No, really. I'm being serious. All you have to do is gamble and they send coupons straight to your house. Just like that. ;) But, that being said, that's why we go every week. The coupons also give you a shorter line pass, so that's cool. The line is very long. Either go at off hours (like 5pm) or make sure your phone is charged so you can catch up on writing your Yelp reviews while you wait.
And since we're on the subject of gambling, did you know if you earn 700 points that day, the buffet is free? Yup. And it's not that hard to earn it in 1 day either - especially if it's 10x points or something. For locals, you really can't go wrong. They're doing it right down there.
Anyhoo, I think this is a great buffet. No, it's not Joël Robuchon, but it's a great buffet. It's not massive, but there are a lot of choices. You won't go hungry. ;)
It's divided into different types of cuisine such as Asian, Mexican, Italian and American. The food is fresh and there's a large variety of choices. They also offer unlimited beer, wine and champagne included in the price. It's nice to tip the bartender - you go get your own alcohol. And, you won't even mind tipping, she's extremely friendly and always remembers what you ordered the first time. It's always busy, as mentioned before, but that's a good thing when it comes to buffets... it means the food is always turning over.
If you go on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, it's seafood ($40). You get unlimited crab legs. Plates of crab legs that are already cut in half for you so all you have to do is dip them in butter and scarf them down.
Do yourself a favor and start with desserts. Take a big plate from the dinner line and fill it up! Don't be shy. Delicious dessert choices. Easily my reason for going there.
The staff is very friendly, but at times can seem over stretched. Order yourself 2 drinks (soda, water, juice) from the waiters, or ask for a pitcher, so you aren't waiting around thirsting to death.
Definitely worth the trip out there. If you don't think so, go back and read the part about bottomless beer, wine, champagne. And did I mention the dessert?
