I scheduled a service at this location this past Saturday. When I called to reschedule, I was informed by service department rep (Gloria) that I did not have a scheduled appointment. I emphatically disagreed. In the end, she hung up the phone on me. I was completely appalled at the treatment I received. When is it ever okay for a customer to be mistreated. I received an email re: appointment reminder and Gloria wasn't able to locate my appoint?!
I left voicemail for manager to report incident. I was advised that the manager of the location would be contacting me but that hasn't happened, yet! It's been almost a week.
I would give 5 stars for my service advisor! He is competent, courthouse, friendly and attentive to the customer.
Gloria requires remedial training in customer service. For the amount I am paying for my vehicle/services...I shouldn't be treated with disrespect.
