  • If I could give this store negative stars, I would! The service there has never been exactly efficient or anything, but we've never had a real problem . . . until today. First, we sat in the drive-thru for several minutes and we heard nothing. No one asked us to please hold or anything. So we went inside and I mentioned to the female cashier that we were waiting out there for a couple minutes with no response. She immediately got a HUGE attitude and sarcastically said she was sorry we had to wait two minutes. Then she blamed our being ignored on the rush (there was no rush) because of kids getting out of school, there were only 2 employees working (both wearing headsets), they were too busy, and her headset was "raggedy" and not working. She had interrupted me with this tirade - I was just going to ask if their drive-thru was broken. After her tirade, she just walked away from us. My husband and I decided that we weren't going to get anything there and left. And now, we will NEVER patronize that particular Dunkin Donuts again. And it's a shame because I love DD, but I do not appreciate a cashier ranting at us for no good reason. We were not only ignored, we were also treated with disrespect.
