When you walk in the staff pretty much treat you like you're invisible. They don't make eye contact or even acknowledge your existence. When I approached the guys at the counter, they were very unapproachable and borderline rude. The funny thing is, once you start talking to them about power lifting equipment and working out they start to warm up and their attitude changes. I get the feeling they are power lifting enthusiasts but feel like they are above the average customer looking for cardio or general fitness equipment. They were much nicer to me after they realized I had power racks and barbells. Using proper terminology for equipment and exercises was also key, otherwise they'll treat you like you're an idiot. Not the best customer service I've had, especially since it's not a very high end professional store. I would say, if you're not into fitness and you're a general user, look elsewhere. Otherwise, know exactly what you want and do your research beforehand. The staff is there only to bring you your parts and accept your money. Prices are very good, especially for Amstaff products. Very competitive.
