  • My least favorite location!! Front desk staff are so rude and believe to be far superior in intelligence and seems to think I am stupid enough to believe I cannot see past their caddy superficial attempts at civility! I feel like I was in the Deep South with their honeyed laced rudeness! Seriously, I would compare this location to a toilet brush, useful but you don't necessarily want to use it. I will avoid this location in the future. At least I had my tablet to read a book on.... Yikes, was told 45 min wait with 3 x-rays ahead of me. I have been here for 1.5 hours now and was told I there were still three ahead of me!!! What are they doing back there?? Worse yet, a poor woman wait 1hr 15 min to be told they were the wrong facility for the x-ray she needed. And instead of them get another facility to see here tonight, they made her reschedule breakfast with her elderly mother to come back tomorrow. Didn't mean to eavesdrop, but they do all this stuff in front of all waiting people in the room. They must not understand HIPAA.
