  • Terrible place. I did a drop in for a pedicure and I understand sometimes you have to wait when you're a drop in, however I got a tech after waiting sometime and then she started to pack her stuff up before even starting. She said she had to go take care of someone else and I would get the next tech. Um no. I was there first and waiting and would not wait again. So she ended to helping me. Nothing special but she got the job done. Then I had an appointment for the next day for my nails. I walked in right on time and literally sat for 20 min for my tech that I made my appointment with. While I was leaving the owner tried to stop me and said she's finishing up now. Ok but now it's another 20 min longer then I had planned on. Ridiculous. I made my appointment, clearly they don't know how to manage the schedule and flow of the salon. I won't be back. I love the product but dislike the service. My time was not respected even when I had an appointment.
