  • I received a referral from my primary care vet to see an Internal Medicine vet at VCA. My cat had suffered sudden onset blindness and had an abnormal shift in his red blood cell count. I had an appointment with Dr. Sara Irom. She has a terrific bedside manner which instantly put me at ease. Aside from that she is extremely intelligent and she communicates very clearly. She had done a thorough review of my cat's files before our appointment. She laid out a comprehensive plan for how to go about diagnosing what-is-causing-what. I was very happy with my experience here. Is it pricey? Yes, but you are paying for medical expertise and I feel I got it. Lora, her vet tech, was great with handling my very difficult and I-hate-the-vet mentality cat. Very grateful to everyone there.
