  • I grew up in Phoenix and always dreamed of buying my first home in my old stomping grounds. Many of my friends had used John and his team to find or sell their homes and recommended I do the same. John took time to really understand my needs and walk me through the intimidating process of purchasing my first house. One of the coolest part about working with him was how many homes he knew about that were for sale but not on the market. He knew about homes being remodeled by builders, foreclosures, and all kinds of other homes that weren't on the internet. I ended up buying one of those off market houses in my dream neighborhood. The house was a disaster when we first looked at it but the guys doing the remodel (a local company called Rafterhouse) had a great reputation for doing quality work. We got the house before it ever hit the market and at a price that was well below its current value. The process was simply top notch and I could not be happier with the home. I have recommended John's team to many friends.
