  • I am completely and thoroughly disgusted with my recent interaction with your company. 1) It took weeks (perhaps even 2 months) before I got a response to my email request for information regarding Laundromats for sale. 2) After the representative called me, he took me around in his filthy car to visit 3 Laundromats. The car was littered with empty plastic water bottles, and it looked like the interior had not been cleaned for quite some time. 3) We looked at 3 locations; the 1st one had the door padlocked as the landlord had placed a lockout notice on the window for non-payment of rent. The 2nd location had a sign on the door that said due to low water pressure, "Please feel free to use our dryers". The 3rd location had all windows boarded up and the entrance was not accessible. Don't you do any research before taking out potential clients and wasting their time? The representative has never been timely in returning telephone calls. He always calls when HE has time, in his car, and on his cell phone. I was sent some numbers for the combined 3 stores, but I wanted a breakdown for each location for my own analysis. This was never provided. I would never consider doing business with your company. You are completely unprofessional and do not care about potential client's valuable time. Also, you need to properly identify the legal name of your company. When I search for UBI Business Brokers on the Arizona Corporation Commission website, nothing came up. When I contacted the Arizona Secretary of State, there is no DBA for UBI Business Brokers of Arizona. So you advertise your company on your website but you don't use your legal name UBI-BB Best Brokers of Arizona, LTD. I wonder why you would do that.
