  • This whole hotel sucks. As a local, I enjoy coming to watch movies at the Regal Cinemas. Upon pulling in to valet, the valet attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful to my grandmother while assembling her scooter, obviously showing he didn't want to help, and leaving halfway through putting it together to go smoke a cigarette with the rest of valet clear. Then we stop at Panda Express and the server Clauda was an extreme b**** rushing customers in front of me and myself as well to hurry up and order. She made noises of disgust going ughh when we asked to sample the Angus beef. She was a complete asshole honestly serving us. The Cinema was great but other than that all the staff for red rock is obviously not being treated well because they are portraying that to the customers. Dont go here, its horrible service. Try Southpoint or even Silverton casinos- muchhh better service!
