  • This was my first visit to this practice. I called for an appointment on Friday because my previous cardiology practice failed to return my calls after pursuing them for several days. Valley Heart Associates front desk receptionist actually listened to me describe my symptoms and gave me an appointment for the next business day. They offered to not only send me the link for the new patient paperwork but offered to wait until I had paper & pen to write it down. They told me to call if I had difficulty with any of it. Following the phone conversation I received both an email & text confirming the date & time of the appointment. On arrival to the appointment, all the staff bent over backwards to help me since I have difficulty walking due to recent fractures. Everyone was professional & kept the appointment running smoothly. Dr Klee was amazing. He assessed my situation & offered a treatment that I thought should have been offered by the previous cardiologist. By the close of the appointment the staff had already obtained my medical records from my previous hospitalization. The follow up appointment was scheduled without having to wait & the prescription was sent to the pharmacy electronically before I even got to the checkout desk. I am happy I found this practice.
