  • Why one star? Because no stars is not an option. The food was subpar, they admitted to basically opening a can of clams and dumping it on linguini, no garlic or onion added, hell no salt and pepper either, and who puts whole Bay Leaf in their clam sauce for god's sake??? My wife's French dip came as ordered without the cheese and mushrooms but the meat was dry, dry like my belt. The women who answered the phone tried to be helpful but had to pass me to the manager who basically told me that if I had a problem with their food, it was my problem, not his. I've had better Italian food at chain restaurants. Both my wife and I have run restaurants in the past and we'd never have let that food out of the kitchen. Napoli's is a big stay away!
