  • Update: They're better about coupons now. I've been back (even though I said I wouldn't) and was pleased with the improvement in service. Original: Doesn't take coupons printed directly from coldstone's website. This would have been nice to know before ordering. Next to the register, they have a pile of rejected coupons. Mine went in the pile, and I'm never going back. I prefer neilsons frozen custard and would rather drive across town than come back here.
