  • This is my second time trying Hello Bistro and I won't be back. I decided to opt for a burger and a side of chili. The bun of the burger was so saturated with butter that it fell apart upon attempting to take a bite. The greens on the burger looked like they had seen better days. I suspect they take salad product that's past its prime and use that in the back kitchen to make the sandwiches etc to cut costs. Last time I came here the chili was really good. This time not so much. It was more a soupy bowl of beans than anything deserving of the title chili. I would suggest sticking with the salad options. Meh.
