  • I called in to make an appointment to get a passport and a man who identified himself as Joachim originally claimed they had no appointments available they were all booked up. I called back again and I said you know I really need to make an appointment for my passport that doesn't seem right that I wouldn't be able to and he put me on hold for a really long time so I called back and he said OK hold on and then he came back and said I'll schedule you for July 4 at 11 AM . What's going on in your post office? Is this America? Are we prohibiting people from leaving the country?? This isn't legal. Obviously July 4 is not a day that the post office is open. This was at approximately 12 to 4 in the afternoon. It would probably help if you hired people with a mentality higher than an elementary school child. We all have things to do in life. I'm a medical transcriptionist and instead of working I played games with Joachim all day and the doctor needs his reports. Please don't shit the. Earth bean butt.
