  • Rudest service ever!!! Went through the drive through, the entire time the cashier was SO put out and sounded very inconvenienced taking my order, last thing I ordered was a "milk" she sighed and said "chocolate or regular?" It's all about the nasty tone....I asked for plain....well, she forgot to turn her microphone off and was talking to her coworker in a snotty, put out tone "I can't believe this guy just ordered a 'MILk'?" When I got to the window the manager refused to come to the window but was visible and watching the complaint take place, the girl tried to defend herself (but she couldn't, she kept stuttering and tripping over her words)!! I could not believe the manager didn't even address the situation after I asked for her! Absolutely ridiculous!! Can't believe they think this is an acceptable way to treat their customers!!
