  • Update: Run away as fast as possible. They do NOT want to service their product. They will be great to SELL it to you but don't count on service. My wife wants to give less than 1 star. We heard water running so called a plumber. They came right out on a Sunday and in 2 seconds knew exactly what it was. It had to do with the Kinetico system. Having the "warranty" I wanted to give them a chance. It is now Tuesday and they are calling to reschedule(?) for maybe Thursday or Friday. Warning: In my opinion call anyone but them ... Terrible and Unacceptable ...
