  • I usually receive OK service here. As a woman in my 30s, I find some of the service advisor men tend to talk to me like I am a child. Today, for instance, I came in to pick up my vehicle--gave my ticket to a male service advisor and, at the same time, asked to see the brake fluid. He spoke to me like I was a 5-year-old, telling me to "hang on, hang on"--as if an additional request was too taxing on him. Luckily, Heidi, another service advisor, was on hand and was able to listen and help me out with respect and patience. Thank you, Heidi, and the friendly gentleman who retrieved my car for me. It was very refreshing to speak to you both.
