  • **update** The last time I was here I ran into some unfortunate business which made my visit less than pleasant. However, this time was a major improvement. Everyone was nice and attentive, all of the food was amazing. The caesar salad was delicious, rigatoni was everything with the garlic bread. The wines were deliciously paired with the meal dessert. ... just wonderful. My friend and I really enjoyed our night out and everyone at OTS helped us end our night (or begin the morning) spectacularly. I highly recommend that you try this place if you happen to be in Vegas. I would have to say that this is an establishment that goes above and beyond. I will definitely be coming here again.
