  • I am not sure why the reviews are so poor for this place! I brought one of my girlfriends here when she came in for a visit from Chicago (I am new to CLE and I just wanted to go to E4th cause the lights and stuff - it's cute!). We got a pitcher of margaritas and we each got the 3-taco combo. They were all spicy, even though they weren't advertised as such, but they were fantastic! I had the fish, shrimp, and beef+goat cheese (or maybe it's feta...). They accompanying rice and beans were delicious as well. I will definitely go back.
