| - Love this spot because it feels like I've taken myself on a little adventure even though it's just a few blocks from home. It's tucked in a parking lot across from the Home Depot on Beaubien, just past Diplomate, between St Laurent and Parc. Look for the little sandwich boards painted with the logo of a vinyl record being dipped in a coffee cup to lead you there.
I had a hibiscus juice on ice in a mason jar and a small delicious simple grilled cheese - each of these was about $3, not cheeaaappp but not pricey either, I was totally happy with the price and the deliciousness. I would have stayed longer if they served a filter coffee of some kind, pour over or in a pot, I'm just not so big on lattes or Americanos. The muffins looked delicious and I'd be happy to try a London Fog or chai next time.
I love the decor here, it's full of local art and stacks of records to dig through and a comfy little listening station at the front. There is free wifi and a couple tables outside in the parking lot. The service was friendly, chill, easily bilingual. All in all, loved the vibe, will be back soon.
