| - I started going to Pinnacle Fitness about 7 months ago. I am a male in my 30's that played sports most of my life, but when life started happening( marriage, kids, job etc) I really stopped taking care of myself. I put on some weight, my back hurt, my other joints were achy. I new I needed a change and a buddy of mine recommended Pinnacle Fitness. The first time I stepped into the gym, I felt like I got the red carpet treatment. All of the trainers are so knowledgeable. They listened to my back story, came up with a plan and then helped me through it every step of the way. I started the first month doing private sessions to make sure I knew the proper mechanics and understood how to engage my muscles correctly. They have a whole system of movement education which was amazing. I got more flexible, stable and with in a few sessions felt so much better in my joints and muscles. Then, I wanted to try group training so instead of keeping me at private sessions they graduated me to small group personal training. They said I was stable enough where I wouldn't get hurt and I could be with other people getting fit together. What an awesome experience, they have 2 different themes to their small group sessions. One is more cardio based and one is more strength based. Both kicked my butt and left me feeling energized and feeling better. Coming from where I was 7 months ago to not is nothing short of life changing. I feel great and I owe it all to Pinnacle Fitness. It is a great place that has programs for everyone. I highly recommend it and I strongly suggest doing the PATH program. It is a Nutrition/Lifestyle program where they delve into why we eat the foods we do and how to make healthier choices. It is so in depth and really gets to the root issues of weight loss, stress, habits. Great place with an amazing group of trainers who care about you!
