PCSed to nellis a week ago. Got a 97 prelude I like to baby. Scheduled an alignment for 430pm. (I of course invested in the lifetime alignment in the past). They didn't take my car in till 5pm but that's totally normal cause any shop will always run behind. Otherwise the managers David and James are really cool, talkative, informative. They're not trying to rip you off. They were honest about my battery reading pretty low but not forcing to sell anything.
Additionally, Alexis, the mechanic did a great job in my alignment. Pretty knowledgeable with hondas. He even centered my steering wheel without me asking. Previous mechanics have honestly failed at this part on simple alignments ...
Anyways the base is always gonna be busy. And Firestone on every base usually is busy. Just have good communication with the managers in terms of what you want and try to check and follow up by calling. It's hard to meet quotas unless you're a small tuning shop nobody knows about.
Will definitely be coming back for regular maintenance.
