  • We went to apply for a car loan five days ago. It was a Monday and it was very busy -- they were extremely short staffed due to two employees not showing up. The teller encouraged us to apply online or by telephone. So we went home and did just that. What a fantastic service! We were approved within minutes. They said they would hold our loan approval for sixty days and to go in to the branch when we could and they would do the paperwork. So we went in this morning (Saturday) and Sheila took very good care of us. Thank you for the fantastic service!
