  • Update: They did not do the grading correctly and caused my house to flood in August 2016. They were required to do grading and flood control engineering, but simply ignored that requirement. The Randle family knows best, I guess. 10 months later and I still am out of the house due to their mess. They also abandoned the job and were fined by the ROC. Check their ROC records! When I filed suit to try and recoup some of the $200k they have cost me in damage to my home, they replied by filing a complaint to the county over chicken coops that THEY ran power and water to without a permit. They had told me that their 2 month permitting process included these, but another lie from them. They also filed another complaint for us selling eggs without a licence (which is not needed for less than 750 dozen per year) On top of all this, my special needs daughter has suffered emotional trauma from being out if the house for so long and has had to change schools due to PTSD like issues. So now we are in psychological counseling as well. Rest assured, the lawsuit WILL proceed and I will get compensation for all the damages these people have done to my house, and to my family. If you value property or family, please do not let these people anywhere near you. They are vindictive, unscroupulous, and will destroy anything in their path.
