  • UNSAFE, INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES, AGRESSIVE BREEDS ALLOWED ON PREMESIS, UNREASONABLE STAFF!!!!! After paying deposits and signing my lease, I had a man soliciting me for money in the parking lot. The exterior gate is never locked and the drive through gate password so basic, anyone could guess it. I would not reccomend this apartment complex to anyone with small children or single females. I saw cop cars here on a regular basis. Second, this place is infested with cockroaches, I had one crawling on my neck while I slept. Seriously, a nightmare. Third, another tenant with an agressive pitbull tried to attack me and my dog. When I notified the staff, they said "Oh yeah, we've had complaints about him before." My neighbor's small dog WAS KILLED on this property. Finally, whatever money you save in rent (which is only like $10) is made up when you move out and they hit you with completely unreasonable cleaning charges. I was very nervous when, on several occassions, other tenants were in there arguing with the staff about security deposits and cleaning charges. SERIOUSLY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. There are plenty of newer, cleaner, and more safe apartments for rent in this area.
