  • Dean had my business at "hello". An emergency lead me to Dean when my AC unit broke down. I called Dean on a hot Sunday afternoon and was answered by a friendly caring professional. The Olympic Air Conditioning team provided my family options with the understanding of our tight budget. Our situation was handled in just a couple hours which is nothing like I've experienced in the past with big companies. AC issues creat big financial decisions, however I have no doubts that I have invested in a company that will always take care of my family when it comes to our air conditioning needs.
