  • Very impressed with professional service! Not only did they put floor liner before starting service (which is common), they also put a seat liner down which I had not seen anyone do before - in this environment. I was a walk-in customer and they evaluated my tire need, suggested a replacement and performed the work, all in under about 30 minutes. They even showed me the damage to my tire before moving on to replace. In a time where consumers are constantly reminded of marginal to poor service, I can say without hesitation that Hook's made me feel like VIP. Kudo's to their entire staff!
