| - TL;DR tour was okay but disappointing that it is all completely remodeled, with just pics of what it looked like back in the day, and lunch was underwhelming at best with a price tag of $111 for 4.
Our party of 4 signed up for a tour and lunch afterwards. The tour was mediocre, we learned some interesting things but the whole joint has been remodeled significantly and each room just has a picture of how it used to look. Tour guide was nice though. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. We wanted to order off the main menu, not the limited tour lunch menu, which I had been told was not a problem. Sat down and was handed the limited menu. Had to request the regular ones and got a bit of attitude on that. We ordered a couple appetizers and our meals. Apps came and were good but we didn't get out meals until 1 hour 20 minutes after sitting down...what?!? Ridiculous, there was only a dozen people seated. And I had specifically ordered my sandwich without pickles and mustard. It arrived without pickles but still had mustard on it, which was quite spicy and not to my liking. Waiter returned and I mentioned that it was supposed to have been without mustard (yellow/brown with clear mustard seeds) and he told me "oh, that's mayo". No sir, that is not mayo. Mayo was not even mentioned on the description. I did not want to wait any longer for food to be remade so I just removed the bread (and thus the mustard and the melted cheese) and just ate the meat. Total bill for 4 was $111 including the $5 fee for the ability to eat there, which is also crazy.
