  • I have been taking my dogs, Max and Houdini to A Day in Paradise for years and was super happy with the service until today's visit. Extra charges for tick/flea bath and received NO phone call to let me know they found ticks. My dogs have never had ticks or even fleas before so don't know how they got them? Found out management changed in November and not happy with the services today at all. I may give them a second chance because I had always had good service previously. I'll post an update if I do give them the second chance.
