  • This place really looks like it might provide a great service to your cars...BUT, the main reason for the 2 stars was, front desk and not getting told I was going to get charged for the visit. So, I got to this location just to get my car checked for a slight noise it had. Mechanic was great and fast. He quickly spotted what was wrong. Towards the end of my visit, I was approached by an older gentleman, which provided me with an estimate and that it was a quick fix. When I was inside their small office, front desk lady told me I had to pay $40 dlls for the "diagnostics", and that they would deduct it from the grand total. It is not a bad deal, I know, but what made me upset was, how it was done. Guys, you HAVE to tell customers ahead of time if a service will cost any money and/or how much, give costumer a chance to decide if they want it or not. I would have definitely come back if things were dealt differently.
