  • This store has the worst customer service EVER!! After shopping here for more than 10 years I will never return! I went in and asked for some suggestions on shampoo and conditioner as they didn't have my usual shampoo in stock anymore. The girl I talked to suggested a shampoo and told me to give it a try for about a week before making my decision. It has been a week today. The shampoo made my hair very oily and gross. I took the receipt and the shampoo bottles back to the store to return them. I was told that "too much" shampoo was missing and they wouldn't return it. I told the girl that I wanted to talk to a manger and she said she was the manager. I told her that THEY are the ones that suggested a shampoo and told me to try it for a week and now they wont honor their return policy. She said that HALF of a liter was gone and that was too much....there was about 1/4 of the liter that was gone...what an exaggeration! Not that my purchases matter to them, but they just lost my business. I will never return to that store again. Customer service says a lot about a business and this store definitely doesn't have any!!!
