  • After misdiagnosing a knee issue and insisting my pain was coming from my back. Dr Thom proceeded to try shots to my back with no results. But after confirming Dr.Thom was under my insurance plan the office he gives the shots out of, Silverleaf surgery center, which by the way can now not be found, billed me over $20,000.
