  • Flores air conditioning places more value on making life long customers than making a quick dollar and took the time to explain to me why my unit needed to be replaced without pressuring me to replace it NOW. They fixed the broken part and got it working again and refused to accept my payment due to the poor condition of the unit overall and the insistence that it would not be right to take my money because the unit could have another issue soon. I will definitely be using them to replace my unit when that time comes and appreciate their genuine honesty and high standard of work ethics. Andrea
