  • Was sick after a Mediterranean cruise. After a week went to Advanced Urgent Care since it was close & approved by my insurance. Stephanie at the front desk was very nice. Jerome Z was the OD on duty! Not sure he's educated or filling a spot. He was very rude & would only address one of my symptoms. I asked the nurse if she could have him give me a zpack for my cold at least. Shr told me he was already gone to lunch & it would be another office call. I had to go somewhere else for Lab work & was to return the next week. When I got there he said he was surprised to see me so soon. I reminded him of lab work & so he looked for it. Some of the results weren't back. He said the office can call you so you don't have to come back in. Still waiting 2 weeks later & still having health issues! I don't recommend this place at all.
