  • I was looking to book a massage right before christmas and my usual place was full up (Inner Balance Spa, which I would HIGHLY recommend) so I was looking around and managed to make an appointment here with a female massage therapist. I was so relieved to be able to get in somewhere as my insurance was running out for a car accident I had been in and I was still experiencing pain. When I arrived the alarms started going off in my head: the lights and heat were all off, and the only person there was a man who spoke almost no english. He told me to change in the back and lie down on one of the cold beds. I asked where the lady I had booked with was and he brokenly communicated that she was busy and he was taking the appointment. The whole thing made me SO ENTIRELY UNCOMFORTABLE. I left immediately. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
