  • From start to finish, we had a great experience. Our tech, Jeff, first showed up the same day we had called for an estimate as he had a local cancellation. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. We showed Jeff what was to be done at that time. A few days later, Jeff sent a revised estimate as we had an issue come up and wanted to make sure we were comparing the same thing amongst estimates. Through out the process, I consulted with Jeff, who exhibited great communication skills, a sign of great customer service. When everything was all said and done, we chose Lawson Family Plumbing for our home improvement project as they had the balance of fair pricing, great communication skills, and could do the project when it was convenient for us. That service was performed on June 15. Jeff called 30 minutes prior to arriving for the appointment, along with his assistant. We showed them all of the parts we supplied and they verified we had everything intact. Our project was completed in approximately 2 hours. The quality of the workmanship was great. We are very pleased with this project. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lawson Family Plumbing for your home improvement needs. Much appreciated and thanks again!
