  • Avoid at all costs. Scott/Alicia do NOT guarantee their work, nor do they take ANY effort to stand behind their work. We went through months of trying to work out a solution with them...they wouldn't return calls, made up stories about our interactions with them, etc. We FINALLY tracked them down and served them with a small-claims suit, which was judged in our favor. We have not received a penny of the judgement from them. I am currently initiating further legal action to collect on what they legally owe us (garnishment, seizure of assets, lien on property, etc.). I can't believe that a small-business owner, who relies so heavily on referrals from satisfied customers could act so stupidly in this age of social media.
